Arroz salado
Siempre me pregunté si hay alguna otra utilidad a la vieja costumbre que tengo.
La costumbre de hecharle limón al arroz, no solo le da un toque especial y lo enfria un poco sino que además disimula muy bien el exceso de sal en el mismo.

siempre salar las cosas al final unos 2 - 3 minutos antes de sacarlo de fuego
y si tu arroz es con caldo metele una papa pelada (o picada para el arroz) esta recojera lo salado
